Ingredients

  • 50 ml gin > our recommendation: Roku Gin
  • 150 ml tonic

Garnish

  • 6 slices of ginger
  • 4 to 6 coriander seeds
  • Optional: star anise

Preparation 

  1. Fill the glass three-quarters full with ice and stir for 15 seconds with the bar spoon.
  2. Pour 50 ml of gin into the glass.
  3. Slice the ginger and add it separately 
  4. Pour 150 ml of tonic into the glass.
  5. Stir the drink with a bar spoon, add the coriander seeds and star anise if necessary and enjoy!
